At the request of WWF-Brazil and WWF-Netherlands, Aidenvironment recently provided recommendations for the alignment of the different existing WWF conservation strategies and for the development of a WWF  Brazil institutional strategy for the Amazon. A consultant team of both Dutch and Brazilian
consultants reviewed existing documents, interviewed internal and external key stakeholders in the field, and developed case studies of lessons learned. The recommendations were validated in a workshop with WWF staff, and a management response that will launch their implementation is underway.
