Meet our new team members

Kibet Eliakim is a Bachelor of Development Studies and joined Aidenvironment in March 2020 as a graduate trainee. In July 2020 he started work as a field officer with a major role in implementing the Green Future Farming project.
In his previous position as a graduate trainee, Eliakim carried out a variety of activities and was involved with research, community mobilization, support and providing guidance to the international internees (students).
Eliakim is a flexible, hardworking team player who is able to work in a multicultural setting in different communities.
Fradia is an Accounting graduate with one year’s experience in Accounting and Administration. She joined Aidenvironment on 1st August, 2020 as a Management Assistant and has played a vital role in supporting the administration of logistics and finance.
Fradia is happy to work with Aidenvironment and pledges hard work to contribute to changing livelihood of the communities.
Hannaria joined Aidenenvironment in August/September strengthening the financial team. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA Indonesia) with over 24 years of experience working with various international companies, including Grant Thornton (Registered Public Accountants), Rio Tinto (British-Australian mining corporation), Sinopec International Petroleum (Chinese oil and gas company), Anadarko Indonesia (US oil and gas company), Pertamina (Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company) and PT Connell Chemindo (international marketer and distributor of specialty chemicals). She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Sumatera (USU) in Economics, majoring in Accounting, and a Master’s degree from the University of Indonesia in Administration and Fiscal Policy.
